If that hood came with the car it's part of the Edition 507 package which tacks on $9,750. My guess is that there are other option on the car as well. I just built one up on the MB website and got it to $82,802 and there were still quite a few options I didn't tick....

507 Edition MSRP was $75,125 IIRC. Base model C63 is $63k.
